In just a few weeks it will be time for my favorite Holiday in the world! I live for Thanksgiving dinner. It’s always an amazing gathering of my family and loved ones sitting down to a gut busting, delicious meal. That is always followed by watching football and inevitably some naps, ha! I wanted to round up my Thanksgiving dinner staples that I’ve done so far. This list will be growing year after year I’m sure! I’ve divided the dishes into appetizers, main course options, sides and desserts. There are even a couple of fantastic ways to use up those wonderful leftovers!
Appetizers:
Goat Cheese, Fig and Balsamic Crostini
Apple Gruyere Stuffed Mushrooms
Roasted Eggplant and Black Bean Dip
Warm Apple, Walnut and Goat Cheese Salad
The Main Event:
Perfect Turkey Gravy (made with the drippings of the turkey)
Eggplant Parmigiana (for a great vegetarian option with my beloved Italian flair)
Side Dishes:
Asian Cashew Roasted Brussel Sprouts
Sausage Stuffing (my favorite part of the meal!!)
Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Baked Garlic Herb Polenta Squares
The Decadent Desserts:
Spiced Sweet Potato Bundt Cake
Pretzel Crusted Pumpkin Cheesecake Brownies
To Use Up Leftovers:
Thanksgiving Leftover Turnovers
Hope you all enjoy the list and get inspired as you start to finalize your Thanksgiving menus! xoxo
Sounds like an epic feast! What time’s dinner? 🙂
