Back to school is usually a bittersweet time of year. It’s always depressing to say goodbye to summer, but going into the new school year is also exciting. The toughest part in my house growing up was getting back into the routine. It also meant that meal planning had to get quicker and easier since schedules became more rigid. So with that in mind, I decided to round up my easiest and most kid-friendly recipes to help make the back to school transition go more smoothly for parents, students and teachers alike! All of the recipes take less than an hour to make. There is something for everyone from an incredibly simple 15 minute egg dish to the perfect after school cookies. Most of them are also more on the healthy end to keep minds and bodies in top form for the busy days.
