Easter was always a fun holiday when I was growing up. My family did nice baskets of candy for us, the egg hunt, all of those things. When I married into a Polish family though, it was taken to a whole new level. In my husband’s Polish family, Easter is more important than Christmas and I think that is the case generally in Polish culture from my experience. So for this year, I’ve put together the perfect Easter dinner menu inspired by my in-law’s deep love for the holiday from a lovely app through to decadent desserts. Many of the recipes can be made ahead of time and just cooked or heated up so that on the day you can just enjoy and be with family.

I hope this menu gives you some inspiration as you plan for Easter! It has something for everyone. I can’t wait for the big meal next week in all of its Polish glory. xoxo

It’s not Easter without that cake in our house, Marta!!
The Pierogi bring back memories! My grandma made them all the time.
