Marc and I have been really trying to cut out meat and poultry from our diets. Not a huge amount, but enough where we go meatless at least a couple of nights a week. It’s for our health, it’s for the animals and I also have read in many places that cutting meat consumption helps the environment too. So I decided to round up all of my best vegetarian delights in one handy dandy post to share with you all in case you want to go meatless more often too! Here they are in no particular order.

I love all your posts, but this one really get’s me! When my kids are older I think my husband and I will become at least 95% vegetarian!
We are definitely inching that way too. We have pretty much given up pork and beef, sticking mainly to poultry and fish. Thanks for the kind words!!
