My friends, it is my absolute least favorite time of year. The holidays are over, and the winter doldrums are here in full force in my house. For me, it’s now just a waiting game until spring and I wish I could hibernate. It’s not all doom and gloom though. At least there is hot cocoa, tea and lots of soups and stews to keep the house cozy and stave off the winter blues. Cuddles with Marc and our kitties help too. So I’ve rounded up all of my favorite soups and stews from the blog to hopefully help you beat the winter doldrums too (kitty and Marc cuddles not included). Soup’s on, people!
Creamy Parmesan Chicken Sausage Soup
Butternut Squash White Bean Soup
Hearty Middle Eastern Chicken Soup
Coq au Vin (chicken stewed in wine)
I hope these soups and stews keep you warm this winter!! They really satisfy the soul too. Enjoy!! xoxo
