Low Carb Yums

If you don’t know already, you will know now that I am a half Italian woman who can’t live without pasta and bread. Carbs get a bad reputation and in moderation they are essential for proper nutrition. When I need something a little lighter and leaner though, I love that there are options like zoodles and cauliflower rice to have the feeling of carbs while getting more veggies in. What is also so great about them is that they cook much more quickly than traditional pasta or rice, and are easier to use in one pan meals as a result. So I have rounded up all of my best low carb options, from wonderful one pan meals to yummy low carb snacks to give you some inspiration! Here they are in no particular order.

  1. This is a really helpful round up! We’ve been doing low carb (for the most part) for almost a year now and I’m always looking for new recipes! Pesto Chicken Stuffed Spaghetti Squash sounds delicious!
