Sparkling Berry Rosé Sangria

Entertaining in the summer is my favorite. Hanging out in the backyard with something on the grill and a frosty drink in my hand is my idea of a fantastic evening. So this sparkling berry rosé sangria is perfect because it combines some of warm weather’s best things. Juicy berries with chilled rosé wine and sparkling water to make it fancy? Yes please! It was also really simple to make.

First, the berries needed to sit with some sugar and some Pimm’s liqueur. The Pimm’s was so crisp to complement the wine and the sugar drew out all of the juices from the berries. It made a fantastic base for the sangria. I let it sit overnight, but it needs about 3 hours at least.
Once it sat for long enough, I just poured in a bottle of chilled rosé wine and a can of strawberry flavored sparkling water. After a stir, it was all ready! I told you it was simple.

I just served it in wine glasses and said “cheers”! Oh my goodness, everything about this drink screamed summer to me. The juicy berries absorbed the alcohol, and the alcohol absorbed the flavor of the berries. The sparkling water just gave it that extra special something. Hope you all love this wonderful party beverage too! xoxo

  1. This looks so refreshing with my favorite fruits. I’m curious if you have a non-alcoholic version.
