Entertaining in the summer is my favorite. Hanging out in the backyard with something on the grill and a frosty drink in my hand is my idea of a fantastic evening. So this sparkling berry rosé sangria is perfect because it combines some of warm weather’s best things. Juicy berries with chilled rosé wine and sparkling water to make it fancy? Yes please! It was also really simple to make.
I just served it in wine glasses and said “cheers”! Oh my goodness, everything about this drink screamed summer to me. The juicy berries absorbed the alcohol, and the alcohol absorbed the flavor of the berries. The sparkling water just gave it that extra special something. Hope you all love this wonderful party beverage too! xoxo
This sparkling berry rosé sangria is the ultimate summer party drink with the crisp rosé wine, juicy berries and sparkling water together in one yummy sip!
- 1 pint blueberries
- 1 pint blackberries
- 4 large strawberries thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup Pimm's liqueur
- 1 bottle chilled rosé wine
- 1 can strawberry flavored sparkling water 12 fluid ounces
-
Combine the berries, sugar and Pimm's in a large pitcher. Stir them and let it all sit together in the refrigerator to draw out the juices and meld together for three hours at least, or up to overnight. Pour in the bottle of wine and can of sparkling water once that time is up. Serve immediately and enjoy!!

Thanks so much!!
This looks so refreshing with my favorite fruits. I’m curious if you have a non-alcoholic version.
I don’t have one that I have tested, but you could try replacing the wine and pimm’s with a cider instead and more sparking water!
Yum! I love a good sangria recipe and berries are such a great summer fruit!
Thanks very much!! The berries definitely make it!
