I’ve never met a pie I didn’t like. I also really enjoy math and figuring things out. So when Pi Day really took off as a day to celebrate both, I thought it was awesome. It is such a fun day to both think about an important component of math AND enjoy yummy dessert! So I rounded up all of my pie recipes, both savory and sweet, in today’s honor. Here they are in no particular order.
Apple Cheddar Bread Pudding Pie
