Frozen Yogurt Blueberries

It is berry season and I am so happy!! The weather is getting nicer, the birds are singing, flowers are blooming and I feel the fog of winter lifting. It also means that I want to eat a little lighter and make sure that I take full advantage of the bounty at my farmer’s market. So I have traded in my potato chips and popcorn for these amazing and super simple little frozen yogurt blueberries. They’re such a satisfying and nutritious snack!

First, I stirred a container of vanilla Greek yogurt, honey and cinnamon together for great flavor. It was such a perfect coating for the blueberries.
Then I just used a toothpick to dip my fresh blueberries in the yogurt mixture before I nudged them onto my lined sheet tray.

The tray of frozen yogurt blueberries needed to go into the freezer for a couple of hours to become completely solid. That was all there was to this easy, wonderful snack! They were so refreshing and yummy to nosh on instead of chips with zero guilt. Hope you all love them too! xoxo
