The empanada fork is a fantastic tool that makes sealing and crimping empanadas so easy. Rather than doing it by hand with a fork, it just takes one easy press with the empanada fork to make them perfect! I used it to make my incredible beef empanadas and I loved it. It’s not just a one trick pony though. It can be used for sweet pies, agnolotti, pierogies, and many more delectable delights.
I loved the empanada fork so much that I want to give one away for you to try! There are three ways to enter, and I’ll be randomly choosing a winner next Monday. You can leave a comment on this post about your thoughts on empanadas. Savory or sweet? Cheese or no cheese? Beef or chicken? The possibilities are endless so sound off on your favorites! You can also follow the Jeanie and Lulu’s Kitchen Facebook page for an entry, and follow my twitter account. Easy as pie (or empanadas)! The full details are outlined below. Good luck!
Beef and veg
Yum! I can’t decide – meaty would be good but a sweet hand pie is always delicious! CHOICES ARE HARD! 😉
Beef – definitely. Usually with chopped peppers, onions, garlic, and hot sauce.
I love savory best. So fun that you honor your cooking family history here! 🙂
BOTH!! Love Chicken and veggie (don’t do beef or pork) and fruit empanadas are GREAT!! Have to try cookie butter empandas with banana’s or apples!
