Easy Pickle Dip

This is the time of year for loads of parties and get togethers. Whether it is for a graduation, Father’s Day, or just some poolside fun, dips are essential for snacking. This easy pickle dip is so perfect for any summer party because it is refreshing and tangy, as well as so incredibly simple and quick to make!

This lovely snack could not have been more simple. I made sure to let the cream cheese soften, then I simply stirred everything together! Ta da, yummy dip in mere minutes. The fresh dill and pickle juice just brought it all home and cut through the creamy elements.

I loved how refreshing it was, and also paired perfectly with salty crackers or chips. Let me tell you, for any summer party this stuff is a must. Especially if you love pickles as much as we do in this house. Enjoy!! xoxo
