Summer parties are the best, aren’t they? Especially when they are poolside. I always love to serve fun dips at these shindigs because they are always a crowd pleaser. Let me tell you, this gooey cheddar bacon ranch dip is no exception. I loved how simple it was to make and it had SO much flavor.
Oh my goodness, this stuff was dreamy. The melty dip worked so well with the crunchy chips and crispy bacon throughout. This also travels well, as it can be served slightly warm or at room temperature instead to bring it to a party or potluck. Hope you all enjoy it! xoxo
This is such a fantastic, flavorful and simple warm and gooey cheddar bacon ranch dip that is so perfect for a fun summer party snack!
- 10 slices bacon cooked until crisp and crumbled
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon dried onion
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Pre-heat the oven to 400 and get out an 8 x 8 baking dish. Thoroughly stir all of the ingredients in a bowl, then transfer the mixture to the baking dish in an even layer. Bake it for 25-30 minutes until it is melty and bubbly. Serve immediately with your favorite chips, veggies or pretzels!
