  • 1 container vanilla Greek yogurt 5.3 ounces
  • 1/4 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pound fresh blueberries
  1. Get out a sheet tray and line it with parchment paper. Then stir the yogurt, honey and cinnamon together. Use a toothpick to dip each blueberry in the yogurt mixture and then nudge it on to the tray. Keep going until the yogurt mixture is all used up. You may end up with blueberries leftover depending on their size. Freeze the tray for at least two hours, then transfer the frozen yogurt blueberries into a freezer bag and seal them. Keep them in the freezer to snack on whenever you want!
