  • 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
  • salt as needed for seasoning
  • olive oil as needed for drizzling
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees and line a sheet tray with aluminum foil. Lay the shrimp out on it and toss it well with a generous sprinkle of salt and an equally generous drizzle of olive oil. Make sure it is in a single layer, then roast the shrimp for 10 minutes. While the shrimp cooks stir the ketchup, horseradish and Worcestershire sauce together in a bowl. Season it with a pinch of salt. When the shrimp is done, serve it on a pretty platter or in martini glasses with the sauce! Enjoy!
