Paris is famous for many things, including its hot chocolate. It's thick, rich and so satisfying on a cold night. Enjoy this classic Parisian hot chocolate!

Ingredients
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 5 ounces chocolate finely chopped. At least 70% cacao
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Heat the milk in a small saucepan over medium to medium high heat until it starts to very gently boil. Whisk in the chocolate until it is smooth. Continue to whisk and cook the hot chocolate for about 2-3 minutes until it really comes together and thickens. Take the pot off of the heat and whisk in the brown sugar and cinnamon until it dissolves. Pour it into 4 small mugs and enjoy immediately!
