Healthier Resolutions

Eating healthier is something I always strive for. I absolutely refuse to give up my favorite flavors and foods though. Luckily, the two don’t have to be mutually exclusive! I’ve rounded up a whole bunch of my favorite recipes that are going to help me keep my healthier resolutions in 2017. There are purely healthy recipes here like refreshing veggie fruit juice and tabbouleh. There’s also pasta, bread and even waffles on the list which makes me a happy girl! They’re more like remixes of my old favorites that I grew up with. When it comes to good food that’s also good for you, there’s no need to have to compromise! Here they are in no particular order.
